Who runs this website
Tactile Digital Experiences is published by Marie Drouvin, France. For privacy questions or requests, contact mariedrouvin.com@gmail.com.
Your interactions
The experiences respond to your mouse, keyboard or touch gestures in your browser. The website does not send your gestures or marks to a server or save a history of your interactions. The experience resets when you reload or leave the page.
Sound starts off for a new visitor. If you turn it on, your choice carries across the experiences and future visits in the same browser; you can turn it off at any time. The experiences do not request access to your microphone or camera and do not record you.
Cookies, storage and analytics
The experience code does not set cookies or include advertising or audience-measurement scripts. It uses browser local storage only to remember whether you chose sound on or off. This preference stays in your browser and is not sent to a server. There are no accounts or contact forms.
The fonts, sounds and other experience assets are served with the website. Following a link to another website, such as Marie's portfolio, takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Cloudflare hosting
Cloudflare, the hosting provider, processes technical connection data, which can include IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from the gestures handled locally by the experiences.
Technical delivery and security processing support the publisher's legitimate interest in providing a functioning website. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union. Its privacy policy explains its processing, retention and international transfer safeguards. The experience code does not maintain a separate visitor database.
Your choices and rights
You can use the experiences with sound off. Turning sound off updates the remembered choice; clearing this website’s browser data removes it. Reloading the page clears the current interactions.
You can contact Marie with a request to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data handled by the publisher, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies where its legal conditions are met. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
